About McGlaughlin SchoolMcGlaughlin School came as a natural progression for students graduating from The Early Childhood Program of Columbus Montessori The school consists of three academic levels. The lower elementary room is a six to nine year old classroom that consists of approximately twenty students and two teachers. In this classroom students learn both Montessori and state objectives for first through third grades. It is currently taught by Jackie and Amanda. Our upper elementary classroom is for students nine to twelve years in age. In this setting students progress from grades four through six. There are approximately twenty students in this setting. The teacher in this classroom are Kim and Lori. The middle school classroom consists of students from twelve to fourteen in age. This custom made setting gives the middle school aged students an opportunity to experience middle grades in an environment designed for their unique personalities.
